1. Change Guidelines & Fees
Flight date change queries are resolved as per the specific carrier's airline guidelines, which are informed to passengers at the time of booking corporate flight tickets.
- Airline Penalties: Airlines may charge a fee to exchange a ticket, and the price varies based on the type of ticket purchased. Depending on the airline and ticket class, the process and restrictions for altering a flight may differ.
- Fare Differences: While making any date change, please be informed that prices (fare difference) are always subject to dynamic change until confirmed.
- No Show Policy: If a date change request is made on or after the scheduled flight departure date, an additional NO SHOW fee will apply as mandated by the carrier.
2. Easy Steps to Change Flights
- Contact Support: To change your flight, call or email your dedicated Travel Manager with your reservation ID and preferred new dates. Our staff will present you with all available alternate options that comply with your corporate travel policy.
- Review Options: If you locate a new flight that works for your schedule, confirm the details with the agent along with the fare difference (if any) and airline penalty (if applicable according to the fare rules).
- Confirm & Pay: Our staff will send you an email with the full details of the new itinerary and any associated fees. Once we receive your consent by email to confirm the flight, the applicable fee is charged and you will receive the confirmation of the new flight information.
- Re-routing limitations: Re-routing or changing the route (change in origin or destination) is bound by airline guidelines. Most airlines do not allow re-routing on standard fares.
3. Involuntary Changes
In the rare event of a major involuntary schedule change caused by the airline, where a flight is delayed for more than 5 hours or cancelled prior to departure, passengers may rebook the next available flight without any penalty fees.
4. Change Finality
Please be advised that once an itinerary exchange is authorized and confirmed with the airline, this request will be bound by the new ticket's conditions and cannot be reversed or voided without incurring additional penalties.
